As such you will gain an in-depth understanding of the impacts of stress on energy levels, inflammation and chronic disease. You will learn a naturopathic nutritional approach to preventing and addressing such issues, alongside recipes, cooking methods and approaches and a whole new way of looking at cooking and eating to counter the effects of stress.

It’s ideal for those of you with nutritional knowledge already who want to continually develop your knowledge and skills. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for complementary therapists in other fields – perhaps massage, reflexology, yoga or healing – who would like to give confident, effective nutritional advice that’s relevant for the work you do.

Mindfulness will be a key theme throughout the course that you will be able to practise in a variety of ways.
