Backing up and providing inspiration for the work in the kitchen, the nutrition talks go into deeper detail of the science behind nutrition, balanced with the Taoist system of Five Element Theory. This approach connects us to the rhythms of the natural world, the energetic qualities of foods and their medicinal/healing properties.
